In-Store Sales Returns:

OUR IN-STORE SALES RETURN POLICY: Items purchased in-store are FINAL SALE at the time and date of purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged. Although returns are not possible for in-store sales, purchased items may be re-consigned. Please click here to learn more about consigning your items with Evolution Home.

Online Sales Returns:

OUR ONLINE SALES RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. However, antiques and previously owned items are seldom perfect. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please email or call (703) 519-1911, ext. 105 with your questions BEFORE placing your order. In the event that the item arrives damaged or is found to be otherwise unsatisfactory, please follow the below procedure to request a return.


Evolution Home will only consider returns for orders meeting one of the following conditions:

  • If you received an incorrect item
  • If you received a broken or damaged item

REQUEST FOR RETURN: A request for return must be submitted via our website within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). To submit a request for return, please click here. Evolution Home will respond with an email notification sent to the email address provided indicating whether or not the request has been approved.

RETURNING THE ITEM(S): ): If the request is approved, Evolution Home will determine if the item(s) must be returned before any refund can be processed. If the item(s) are to be returned, they must be shipped within 5 business days of the notification email and relevant tracking information should be provided via email to Evolution Home is not responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent C.O.D (Collect on Delivery) will NOT be accepted.

REFUNDS: Once the Request for Return has been APPROVED and the item(s) have been RECEIVED (if applicable and as determined by Evolution Home), we will contact you via the phone number provided to complete the refund via the original payment method, excluding any shipping and handling fees unless determined otherwise by Evolution Home.

  • Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and shipping. Business days are Tuesday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • All tracking information will be emailed upon processing and shipment of the order.
  • We ship only in the US.
