Evolution Home Return Policy

OUR IN-STORE SALES RETURN POLICY: Items purchased in-store are FINAL SALE at the time and date of purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged. Although returns are not possible for in-store sales, purchased items may be re-consigned. Please contact the consignment team at consign@evolution-home.com or call them (703-519-1911 option 4) to learn more about consigning your items with Evolution Home.

We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items. However, antiques and previously owned items are seldom perfect. We recommend that if you are unable to come into the store to view your item before purchase, that you call the store during business hours (703-519-1911 option 2) to speak with the retail staff about your questions BEFORE placing your order.

OUR ONLINE SALES RETURN POLICY:

Evolution Home will only consider returns for orders meeting one of the following criteria:

  • If you received an incorrect item
  • If your item was damaged or broken during the delivery process
  • In the unlikely event that your item was ordered online and we no longer have the item in stock. In this case we will contact you to refund your purchase in full.

REQUEST FOR RETURN: If, after placing an order online, you come to the store to pick up your item and it does not appear as it was pictured and represented on our website, you may request a refund and the retail staff will work with you to determine if a refund is warranted. Refunds are not made for furniture which has the normal dings, scratches and scuffs that are found on vintage items.

If you purchase items online and then ask for delivery, the delivery team will inspect the items carefully to note any wear and tear before making the delivery. Any damage that you notice on the furniture at the time of delivery must be discussed with the delivery team before they depart your residence.

Evolution Home is not responsible for any damage on your furniture that is not brought to the attention of the staff either in the store at the time of pick-up or with the delivery team at the time of delivery.
